Sketchbook

Finally finished my Foundation course and will be off to Manchester Met in September! Animal A-Z zine is finally COMPLETE (although still needs colouring and collating and photocopying and things, the drawings are all done anyway!). I've mainly just been scribbling about in my sketchbook recently although now I've finished college for summer I really want to start submitting work to zines and things again, will see how I go.

Recent sketchbook page featuring some lyrics from  one of my favorite Magnetic Fields songs.

More A-Z Japes

I've just started drawing again after a having a really horrendous month. It was (no) thanks to loads of horrible things that have happened over the last year or so that finally all came to the surface and got a bit overwhelming. I'm feeling much better now though and finally feel like I'm starting to get back on my feet and actually wanting to start drawing again!

These are two illustrations that make up part of my Animal A-Z zine/project/whatever, very nearly finished it now! Only V onwards to go.

Also, this is my submission for the Endangered A-Z project that Creature Magazine have been running, I got allocated the letter F - fish-eating bat. Oh what a lovely chap he is.

Offboat Poster

it is complete!

Offbeat Poster / Offboat!

This is the main part of my poster for the wonderfulexcellentamazing Offbeat, they're having a disco night on a boat! Pretty much going to be the best thing ever. I suppose this is also my first ever commission, lovely!

Doodles

My boyfriend on the back of a cat (obviously).

Lovely Margays

"The Margay (Leopardus wiedii) is a spotted cat native to Middle and South America. It is a solitary and nocturnal animal that prefers remote sections of the rainforest. It roams the rainforests from Mexico to Argentina." Hell yeah it does.

A-Z

I'm keepin' on keepin' on with my A-Z of animals project / zine / whatever. Here is J and K.
